These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website.
By accessing and ordering from this website you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
The website is owned, operated and managed by Kasun Jewellery Limited (also referred to as Kasun London, Kasun-London, us, we, our) with registered details:

We advise you to read our Terms and Conditions prior to making any purchase.
Allergy Disclaimer:
Please be aware that some jewellery items may contain materials such as metals, gemstones, or adhesives that could potentially cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are not allergic to any components of the Jewellery before making a purchase. We do not accept returns for items due to allergic. If you have known allergies, please consult the product description or contact us for more information on the materials used in our products.
CONTENT & AMENDMENTS
We take care and time to try and ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional. Orders will only be accepted should there be no material errors. We take no responsibility for colours of products not matching the colour displayed on your monitor as this depends entirely on the colour reproduction and capabilities of your screen.
We may make changes to the website at any time without notice or warning, including:
- Changes to these terms and conditions
- Changes to promotions, offers and discounts
- Changes to content and product information
- Temporary or permanent withdrawal of the website
PRICING
Prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for where you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.
- We include the cost of all duties and taxes on orders over £150 to EU and USA via DHL Express delivery option, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in EU or USA.
Where Sale prices are quoted, the normal price will have applied online for at least 28 consecutive days in the last six months.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all prices are correct at time of publication, we reserve the right to reject an order should there have been a material error in the price advertised at time of order.

Once you have completed your online purchase, we will send an email confirmation containing details of your order. This confirmation does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to the following:
- The product being in-stock and available for delivery
- The information and pricing being accurate
- Fraud and identity checks being passed (for which we use 3rd party services)
- Payment being authorised
Subject to the above, we will despatch your order and send an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way. It is at this point that a contract will exist under these terms and conditions.
Fair use
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, ordering and returning loads we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
BESPOKE ORDERS
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Beaverbrooks but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights available when using this website shall remain the property of Kasun Jewellery Limited. Permission is given to all purchasers to electronically copy and print sections of this site for personal non-commercial use only and for the sole purpose of using this website.
Any other use, without the written permission of Kasun Jewellery Limited, is strictly prohibited.
RETURNS POLICY
SILVER JEWELLERY
We hope that you are delighted with your item, but if you are not, your purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All custom pieces (including personalisation such as engraving), and bespoke orders are cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gold jewellery purchased from our collection (“Ready to Ship” rings or fine jewellery in stock) can be exchanged for another piece from our collection or as credit towards a bespoke piece.
Please contact us, by emailing info@kasun-london.co.uk quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement of the faulty or incorrect item(s).
We will not exchange or refund items that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In these instances, returned items shall be returned to the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: * If an item that has been purchased with next day or same day shipping and is returned for a refund the shipping charge will be deducted from the purchase value.
* This refund policy only applies to products sold via the website, does not apply to gift vouchers, gold jewellery, bespoke design or exchanged products. For our store return policy please contact the store directly.
* Purely for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings and Septum rings for pierced ears & nose unless they are faulty.
BESPOKE DESIGNS & SOLID GOLD JEWELLERY
Bespoke goods cannot be returned, as they have been made-to-measure to the client’s exact specifications. However, as customer satisfaction is our priority, if you have any issues with your bespoke piece, we are happy to try and resolve any problem to the best of our ability on a case-by-case basis. Gold jewellery purchased from our collection (“Ready to Ship” rings or fine jewellery in stock) can be exchanged for another piece from our collection or as credit towards a bespoke piece.
OUR EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Any gift bought between 21 November and 24 December can be exchanged up until 10 January.
UK RETURNS
You can return your items for free at our London store.
The cost of the return label request is 4.95 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, please email us why you would like to return your item(s), you will then be emailed a return label via Royal Mail to print off and drop off at your nearest post office.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are deemed the responsibility of the Purchaser responsibility until we take receipt. For your own protection, we recommend that you return the item(s) via tracked/signed service and insure them at an appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of posting the return is your responsibility. Original postage costs, taken at the time of order generation, will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or we deem it to be faulty.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 5 working days after the receipt of the returned item(s).
